โOld hotel. Very nice though. Hotel was costly for a weekend but was comparable with other hotels in that area for the same weekend. Traveling to Saratoga Springs during horse race season is pricey.
Best perk for this hotel is that if you are seeing a show at SPAC, you can tailgate on the grounds and walk a few hundred feet to show. Its location is what gives it value. โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay at the Bacheller. Location was great, could walk to everything downtown. Our room was nice and clean, also liked the nice backyard and patio. Would definitely stay again โ
โHotel was great! We were there to see Phish at SPAC which was an amazing show!! The hotel was close to SPAC and provided shuttle service. Both drivers were so kind and helpful. The staff was friendly. We got some drinks at the bar before hand and the drinks were delicious. They had an outside patio with fireplace to hang after. All around great experience. โ
โCozy, charming, comfortable, gracious, quiet & friendly. Breakfast is good. Water in room is nice perk. Porch is pretty. Showers are heaven. I would invest in better, hotter coffee & real cream. Would definitely come back. โ
โSometimes you get a pleasant surprise when you check into a hotel in a place that is new to you. This little hotel was fantastic! We had a nice stay and dinner at the restaurant across the street. But this place is so close to the horse track, you can watch the horses work out. โ
โHidden gem. I have stayed in worse in higher class hotels. It was quiet, clean, cool, and super comfortable beds. My small complaint was the provided bathroom items (soap, shampoo, and conditioner), were empty (just conditioner). Great parking, safe rooms, and super quiet. Do not judge this motel by the outside (which is also very cute), it was an awesome stay. Easy check in and check out. Just far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to take a quick ride to everything. Awesome...
