“This was not the normal Embassy Suites. In an office building, check in was on 25th floor. No atrium. Bar was very weak. No restaurant. There was a large bug, dead, in the hallway all weekend. Room was ok but old and tired, worn. I booked a two bed room for two adults but was told they only had one bed king left, no guarantee because I booked on Expedia. Will avoid this hotel and booking on Expedia in future.”

“If you are black, they will treat you like you did not spend your money there Debbie and Ashley has the worst customer service. I’ve never been treated the way I was treated till I came to this hotel and it wasn’t as clean as you would think it would be the only people that were nice was the valet man and I wanna say a maintenance man.”

“So good..”
