“Overpriced. We booked a 2 bedroom chalet on account of our snoring. On check got in slugged an extra $50 more because we were planning on using the second room. No milk for our tea and coffee. Notice on the bench threatening to charge a breakfast tariff if we used any of the breakfast cereals that were in jars in the kitchen cupboards. Gas fireplace in the lounge area didn’t work. Filthy bath towels used as door mats at front and rear door, not a good look. Bath towels in the bathroom were...

“Because of lack of guests, dinner on night of arrival very limited, lasagna and salad and crumble as dessert. All nicely cooked but served in an un-heated "Community Kitchen". Granola, fruit, bread jams juice and coffee for breakfast, again served in a very cold room. Our cabin-type accommodation had reversible air-con and was comfortable. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. ”
