“We had to wait on the employee to finish smoking a cigarette before we could check in. Another guest went to find the employee and notify them multiple customers were waiting on him. The floors of the room and bathroom were filthy, leaving our kids black from crawling on them. Around the perimeter of the property were dangerous looking people. We were not pleased with this stay. We do not recommend this hotel.”

“The room is GRAND! Staff was so friendly. Parking so easy. Breakfast also great! Lookout restaurant was fabulous. Also the bar in the lodge had the best bar tender!!”

“Convenient, well-presented hotel right in the heart of downtown Memphis. Spacious rooms with a large bathroom. No free parking for guests and it was cheaper to book the car park the hotel uses separately online as the hotel charge was more expensive”

“Nice property with helpful staff. Very near the interstate so it’s noisy”

“The valet people was awesome. One of the assistant managers went way out of her way to help me with my EV parking and charging.”
