โWonderful 3-night stay. Trip was both business and pleasure. VERY comfortable room with great beds, sheets, towels, water pressure, coffee, you name it. Great staff. Location so-so.โ
โThe check in and checkout were very quick. I have never been to a hotel that does a complimentary dinner as well as breakfast. The breakfast options were the same each morning, but the dinner varied each night. The complimentary 3 alcoholic beverages were a nice surprise. It was worth the price per night. There is coffee always brewed in the lobby/dining area, but no coffee maker in the rooms themselves. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely book with them again. โ
โRussell, a check-in was phenomenal. The property, a renovated commercial building in downtown Indianapolis, is superb, and Iโm from New York City. The room, the bars, the restaurant the rooftop lounge, all stellar I want to move here just to stay at this hotel! Russell at the front desk And his colleague were especially welcoming upon my check in.โ
โThe front desk lady with the beautiful glasses was kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast & the layout was exceptional!
Only complaint is that the housekeeping manager doesn't permit late check outs.โ
