"We drove to this hotel from Pennsylvania to attend a graduation ceremony for our granddaughter. After riding for 7 hours, we arrived at the hotel. The lady at the desk told me she had no reservation, it had been cancelled by the boss. She said perhaps my card was declined and I told her that was not possible because I had already received a message stating that my room was booked . She said I booked through Hotels.com, which I did and I had itinerary numbers and check in information. I asked if they had any rooms available and she said no and she told me to take a business card and call the boss Monday. Luckily we found another hotel not too far away and they had a room available. When we got to the second hotel I saw a gentleman that had been at the first hotel and overheard him telling a gentleman the same thing happened to him as he was told his room had been cancelled. I feel this was a situation that should not have happened. I will never book this hotel again . Through the booking process, I had checked and rechecked that all was complete and we received a note looking forward to our stay. She said I booked with hotels.com and perhaps the situation was their fault. I had received a message from hotels.com that all was ready for our stay. So to answer your question as to how was our stay - there was no stay. "

"Staff wasn't helpful and I was forced to check out because I had no towels none. they would take my dirty towels and left me with no clean ones. I couldn't shower after a long day at work and 3 different occasions I asked and was never accommodated. I had to check out at 9pm because I couldn't get any towels therefore I couldn't shower"

"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. I packed up my stuff, went to reception to ask for a different room, but before i could i got to hear another guest complaining that the refridgerator in her room didnt work. My new room came with working remote, phone and refridgerator, but the heat was not working! By this time I was too tired to complain so this went unreported."

"We stayed here for my daughters' dance competition, which was at a local high school nearby, and one thing I can say about this area is that there is sooooo much shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. The location was fantastic and very convenient for everything we needed. We primarily chose this hotel because they start serving breakfast at 6 AM, whereas many hotels either start at 7 AM or don’t offer breakfast at all. Since we had to leave by 6:15 AM, this ended up being an extremely helpful feature for us. I did request a quiet area of the hotel because of our early wake-up time. While I understand the staff can’t control every guest, the walls felt thin. There was a group of adults partying and hanging out in the hallway late at night, and around 11:30 PM I finally stepped out and politely asked them to move into their room instead of loitering in the hallway. They were respectful and did go inside, but I could still hear laughing and partying until almost 1:30 AM, so while this wasn’t necessarily a reflection of the hotel at all, it definitely reflected how little sound insulation there was between rooms and hallways. I did ask other friends, who stayed at other hotels if they had similar issues and they did say that they got little sleep as well due to nosey people, so perhaps this is just common among weekend stays in this town. Overall, the location and early breakfast were major positives. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. "
