8/10 Good
"Nice hotel good value. It’s in downtown Minneapolis. They roll up the streets pretty early in downtown Minneapolis. Impossible to get a coffee around there in the weekend morning. Your best bet is thev Nicollete diner down the street, pretty much need a car to get there. Restaurant is pretty good too in the hotel"

"The room felt quite outdated and had a noticeable, unpleasant smell. The decor and furnishings have seen better. Breakfast is good for family."

"Beautiful property. Quick & easy check in. Love that it is dog friendly! The bikes on property to use were so cute. Loved the decor of the room - black out shades were great! Guilia brought my lunch to my room. Couldn’t have had a better stay!"

10/10 Excellent
"We were very pleased with our stay. I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the MN state fairgrounds. The staff was great, hotel and room were clean and it was quiet, too. Parking was easy since they have a lot onsite and no concerns from a security standpoint. I appreciate that there was a shuttle available to/from the fair. I would definitely stay here again!"
