"My hotel stay was good. It just had a little urine smell throughout the hallway in slightly in the bathroom inside of the room. I think it’s because they allow animals to stay, and carpet is in the hallway area."

"Our stay was great the only issue was the entry gate process. Several of us had to wait until a guard arrived to open to gate. And the parking garage was very low, when I opened the trunk door on my van, my wiper got scratched."

Bay Club of Sandestin
"Everything was ok except I had move to different unit in middle of the stay on a Saturday. Ask me to be ready around 9am for transition but it did occur before 11:45 so with packing and a unpacking it blocked 6-7 hours of that day. No remorse. Was not given any form of relief. Just an apology. And ..."
