Amazing hotel in a great location. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and perfect red rock scenery for a relaxing day. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Always pick a Hyatt Place for a great stay with consistent amenities and friendly staff

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Moab. It’s clean, quiet, convenient and close to the Arches National Park entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

Love clean room, close to pool for my kids, easy check in, the only thing we didn’t enjoy that much was the breakfast people jumping into the line, tasting food with fingers, no space where to put the cacerole’s or pot’s tops and is messy , people just don’t respect the food area, Pool area was really nice, after hiking all day believe me we wanted to jump into the jacuzzi but it was broken, but things happen it was ok, we are coming back every single time we come back to the arches

We dined 1 night, and the food did not match the menu description.. Grilled chicken breast on a ciabatta or some other fancy roll " Chicken was several slices of chicken and was served on white toast. I told our server, and after much discussion with her and a kitchen staff person, she removed the sandwich from my bill. We did enjoy the breakfast offerings

Beautiful new property and pool! The room was very large, comfortable bed, and impeccably clean. Also, the breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Everyone who works there is very friendly. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and the room is large and spacious. It is quiet also.

Great location, still fairly new, and the staff did a nice job overall. A bit noisy with thin walls and lots of kids, and a few details like breakfast and coffee(!) could use upgrading. But overall we had a nice stay.

Wonderful for our family with small children. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was convenient and easy, though it gets busy after 8am! One day we got there right when it started and hardly anyone was there.

My only feedback to the property is, soft-closing room doors. We had people running up and down the halls, opening and slamming doors until 1 -2 am. I understand not everyone is in “small family mode” but slamming doors could be fixed I think.

Such a great resort. We loved the property and pool/hot tub, breakfast was free and pretty good. Room was newer, clean- mattresses were decent (not the best but ok), pillows were pretty uncomfortable. But we enjoyed it, GREAT location!!

The gate between the casitas and the pool was broken and didn’t lock. Cars were dropping off kids in the casita parking lot so they could swim without staying at the hotel, it was broken our entire visit. Breakfast was below average and depleted most of the time. Ordered a pizza for lunch and it was a DiGiorno. Ordered 1 domestic 12 oz. Coors Light, it was $7.50! Other than that, it was very nice and clean with friendly staff.

This is a new hotel. It wasn’t even on Google maps yet. The accommodations were very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I have had. I usually want to avoid hotel breakfasts but this one was superb. The workout room and pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day of hiking. And I just have to say on our way in one of our suitcase wheels broke. One of the maintenance guys offered to fix it for us. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Oh! The infused strawberry water was SO good!

Room was wonderful! Staff was top notch! Alma and the gentleman for Turkey and all of the staff were so friendly to us and our dog! The breakfast was also really nice… lots of healthy choices. The pool is AMAZING!!
