โI'm a Korean lady living in Chiangmai. I wanted to stay this hotel with my dog and they accepted her with an extra charge of 1,000 B.
The location was perfect. It's nestled in Maerim forest so the weather is nice and cooler than Chiangmai city.
Specially the hotel restaurant excellent in Thai food. It's the best quality in Chiangmai city.
Their response to guest was very quick and clear.
I recommend the hotel to everyone who's willing to experience CHiangmai's hospitality!โ
โBeautiful garden(village i can say), Cool swimming pool, delicious western style breakfast, and of course the place we stayed was perfectly wonderful. I feel really blessed that we could be this close to nature, listening birds chirping sound and gentle stream sound.
Most of all, the host is very generous and kind. Definitely recommendable to all of the world who travels to Chiang mai. โ
โWe had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!โ

"We checked in on June 7 and checked out on June 10. I regret that I forgot the name of the lovely female staff member at the reception, but her warm welcome when we arrived and her kindness during check-out were truly exceptionalโsomething weโve never experienced at any other hotel. We were genuinely touched and would greatly appreciate it if you could pass on our heartfelt thanks to her.Since our flight was late at night, we paid for an additional half-day stay. Although the hotel was fully booked and it seemed difficult to accommodate us, the same receptionist went out of her way to help us extend our stay. While we were out, she even arranged to have our luggage moved for us, making the transition incredibly smooth and convenient.
The resort's internal transportation service was also excellent. Although most places are within walking distance, there were times when we needed a golf cart, and it always arrived almost immediately after we made the request.
There is also a shuttle bus to downtown Chiang Mai, which made sightseeing very easy and accessible.
I would gladly return to Chiang Mai just to stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai - MGallery again. Highly recommended!"
