"Breakfast is useless! No hot items available except a water mixed pancake powder and waffle maker! Everything else is cold (butter, jam, fruits). No eggs or sausage/bacon/ham or potatoes!
Room equipment is ridiculous: no boiler or coffee maker and no Iron. I asked for iron from front desk and they gave me a burnt surface old iron to use. Don't ask for water bottles. They have it in the vending machine for $1.75 each! Half of the staff speak absolutely no English (I understand I was in Quebec, but this is a hotel hosting guests from everywhere). Very old building (no sound isolation from other rooms). Bathroom was too small with no countertop for hygiene stuff. The only good comment: they do room service everyday. "
