I like the location because it's walking distance to everything. The property was clean, staff was friendly and always greet you with a smile. Security is always there day and night. Easy access to the beach which is 2 minutes walking. Our room was clean and have all the necessary things I need. However, minor repairs is needed for our shower and the bed that's in the room. Overall, I enjoy my stay and will definitely go back.

Amazing hotel! If you want a spot that’s in town walkable to most places this is it. First time staying will definitely be back. Close too burger, kfc, craft market, the clock and also good vibes at night by the pool. Turtle park right across the street and great security at night time

My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

Floors were clean, free of dust particles. Staff was great! Food was great! Soggy was awesome!! He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will return soon!

The check in process was challenging and the room itself needed a lot of cosmetic repairs. Eveeything functional for sure just not pleasing to the eye. Overall, the location is prime, walking distance to everything. Amazing location just some renovation and a smoother checkin process needed.

The accommodation is good value for money, in my opinion. Rooms are clean and adequate for a holiday stay. Swimming pool on the premises, well tended, and the beach a 5-minute walk away. Access to the beach is included, armband available at reception. The level of communication with the owner prior to arrival was exceptional.

The people who owned my room txtd my phone few days before trip. Hotel check in easy. Room modern kitchen stove fridge freezer microwave balcony clean just what i needed. beach directly behind hotel. Pool has a bar for purchase. Had my first coconut there. 10/10 will come again here forsure. Riu Ochi is soo far out the way in middle of nowhere neeed a car to get to town. This hotel is smack in middle of everything!!!!

Dismayed to find upon arriving the property was operated by other management so every request/repair needed to be telephoned to an unidentified person rather than the employees at the front desk. Some staff were very helpful some not so much. Some amenties were consistant some were on and off. TV and Wifi especially. Older property but room had been recently renovated.

Shower had no shower head and leaked the duration of the stay. Rust on the ceiling in the bathroom. When asked for toilet tissue it did not arrive for 48 hours. The safe in the closet did not work. This was for apartment A21. I had two rooms. One room was ok but A21 was terrible.
