The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. I had no choice but to take it or me and my kids would have been on the street. Upon entering the place, it was immediately noticed that it was not clean, no light bulbs, 1 tv in one of the bedrooms. "The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "
