"Hotel Della Prassede was undergoing renovations and was not ready to accommodate us during our stay. We instead got transferred to a “farther” hotel, not a personal choice, which is lower star-rated. I think/feel that I even paid more for the services the alternative hotel (Orazia) have offered! I demand/expect due compensation for such inconvenience!"
