โThe surprise here was the lack of an elevator. We were on the third floor and had luggage for a lengthy trip we were heading to the next day from Pearson so the stairs were not a welcome surprise! โ
โAmazing customer service i left few belongings and was given a call immediately by the reception lady the belongings were valuables which could have been easily lost or stolen but i really appreciate the house keeping staff and reception lady.Amazing job you guys thank you.!!!โ
โWe only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was so comfortable and clean with a great view of the lake.
We will definitely return for a longer stay.โ

โThe motel is in a convenient location. The rooms clean and tidy. The drive up parking and access to the rear green space was a bonus. Check I was easy with detail sent by email prior to our arrival.
This is a pet friendly motel which is why we picked it. The backyard is great but there was no sign of a garbage can outside. A dumpster on the property was completely filled. We did not see an employee at the time of this review. The small patios behind the units are weed filled and need attention....
โFantastic staff. If you needed anything, someone was right there with it. Rooms were clean, fluffy robes, beach towels, all water crafts always ready. Planned on one night, then two and wanted more. Wi fi was great. Definitely a do again.โ
โGreat little unpretentious place to stay. Clean, comfortable bed, A/C a little noisy but worked well in super heat. Convenient for downtown Orillia, and quiet neighbourhood.โ
