“The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful for our needs. The breakfast was limited and it was make your own type of choices such as bagels, slices of three kinds of bread, and English muffins. You can toast them by yourself and small individual packaged butter were provided. Not cream cheese nor jam. Not hot meals such as eggs nor bacon, sausage. We however enjoyed the bagels every day! “This hotel does not have an elevator and has two levels. I had luggage and had to schlepp my luggage up and down. The front office male would not assist. Also their front reception lady was confused on how to check out and had to call her husband and asked me to return which I refused as I had to catch a flight. The "resteraunt" is not really a cafe. “Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

“I've stayed t the Covered Bridge a few years ago and had a good experience -- but it seems to be in a downward spiral now. There were multiple spots of Black Mold on the bathroom ceiling and cockroaches running around in the bathroom. There was one stained and worn chair in the room and two damaged lamps.
