"This was our fourth stay at The Landing, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. The property is very clean, the staff is consistently friendly, and the location in Morro Bay is truly hard to beat. The only minor downside is that the walls are a bit thin. It wasn’t a major issue, but we could hear a gentleman next door snoring and some kids playing. For the price and the unbeatable location, though, this is really the only negative thing I can point to. Overall, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is wonderful, and the convenience of being right in the heart of Morro Bay makes this hotel an easy choice. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future."

"This hotel is great for families… I loved the large fridge with freezer and the larger room size. Also the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the Embarcadero. If fancy bathrooms are not important to you, this place works out great!"

"No A/C in the room. Even though a fan was provided, it was still a bit on the warm side. We could not leave the sliding glass door cracked open because the screen door did not lock. Since we were on the ground floor facing the sidewalk, we did feel safe leaving the screen door unlocked. "
