We had a great stay in the newer section—everything felt fresh, clean, and really well maintained. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, which made it easy to relax. It’s a great nestled in hotel that’s conveniently located & reasonably priced. There are amenities, but you have to pay extra for. The hotel needs some upgrades. Staff was nice & friendly. Great food at the Market Place- fresh!

All staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was big and clean. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Nicely located between SLO and Avila Beach. Wonderful walking/biking path that went for many miles ,mostly along the river so was very pretty. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of a microwave in the room but that is minor. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Love the trail walk to the beach and all of the restaurants. The hotel room was clean, well appointed and had a large bathroom with a nice vanity and make up mirror. We will be staying here again and highly recommend Avila Village Inn.

The room was just as described. The fireplace was perfect and the bed was comfy and cozy. The only drawback was the shower over the jacuzzi type tub. You had to setup 2.5’ to get in.

The fireplace was a bit dim and kept turning off and the tub was nice feature; however, it was very hard to get in and out of. Otherwise, great room and comfty bed. I love that they had bikes onsight as an amenity for the local bike path! I’ll definitely come back to stay!
