Fortunately, the security latch stopped the door from opening completely, although the force partially ripped the door trim from the wall. “Our stay was adequate. Although the room smelled clean when we arrived, there was a musty smell every time the HVAC was running. Our breakfast experience wasn't good, they ran out of oats, bagels and some other food items during breakfast time and never replaced them for the next day. We will unfortunately not go back to this Best Western again.”
