“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!”

“Our stay at the Cleftstone was wonderful. This inn made us feel like we stepped back in time when we arrived. The architecture was so cute inside and out. The staff was very kind and accommodating- though we didn’t take full advantage of that or the amenities because we were mostly gone out exploring in Bar Harbor. The only complaint we have was the WiFi is spotty at best in room 3. I know we were in Maine to escape the normal day to day and our phones but the WiFi didn’t even support the smart...

“Very close to Acadia and great staff. No real issues other than the light switch was a little sideways and took some getting used too. It was loose and you had to adjust it and hold it in place to get it to work.”

“Room was clean, fridge and microwave, bed comfortable, quiet motel- it’s set back from the road and sheltered by trees. Picnic tables and sitting areas scattered in the shade of the trees. The pool was lovely. Some of the areas around the motel could use a sprucing up, but for the price- we thought it was great.”

“Great place to stay while hiking in Acadia and quieter than Bar Harbor. Breakfast is perfect for hikers and very clean place.”

“Adorable cottage with convenience of small kitchen. Good location outside of busy town. Bed and pillows could be improved. Owner was nice and made check in so easy.”
