We had a wonderful stay! My daughter was married at St. Mary’s church at CMU and we stayed the night before the wedding. My younger kids loved the pool, the breakfast was great (including egg and sausage!), and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were dated and they need to consider a complete renovation. The carpets were old and stained - wallpaper falling off in bathroom - ripped leather on desk chair - pull out couch may as well be a park bench - stayed there during convocation $1200 for 3 nights - well done on the price gouging…the breakfast buffet…simply put…poor…

It was easy to find, but the front desk staff at check-in were not friendly and seemed annoyed that we were even there. Check-out was much more pleasant but it was someone different. Also gave us a handicap-style room even though I don't think we asked for it as well and the bedding was stained and not clean

I liked its location. I liked its proximity to the college and other businesses and I liked that it had a Bennigan’s restaurant on site. I didn’t like the decor of the room. It was outdated.

It was good overall. The hotel needs to be updated for what they charge. The end of the wood doors are shredding and the end of the sinks in the bathrooms and the walls need new paint. Its dark and needs updated throughout the hotel.

Dont stay here if you are planning to use the pool
Very disappointed. Stayed here for a hockey tournament weekend. The chemicals were so bad in the pool one of the kids ended up in urgent care. A lady from the front desk staff was so rude.

Front desk staff at check-in was not friendly, acted like I was interrupting something. I had to deal with him a few times after check-in and he was fairly rude. Remote was broke, faucet had a bad leak.

The beds were very comfortable but it was right next to the air conditioner that blew in my face while sleeping. It was noisy with other guest going in and out of rooms, elevator and exit door. Our room smelled stale. The breakfast had a good variety of things to choose from and the coffee was excellent!

Excellent hotel!
Great clean hotel. Really liked the touch that you could buy cold beer and wine in the lobby. Beds and pillows super comfy. If ever in area again would choose to stay here.

This property was fine, but the decorating was very dark. Felt like you were in a tunnel when you went from elevator down the hall to your room. Room colors were dark also.
