โone of the best B&Bs Iโve ever been in. Everything was pristine, lots of comfy chairs in the lounge area. The bed was the most comfortable Iโd ever slept in. The room was a good size. I will say that a lot of people like claw-foot tubs but Iโm not a fan but it was fine. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The cook should start his own restaurant. Would stay here again in the heartbeat. โ
โThe building is very old (the oldest hotel in Alaska) but it was a great stay. I never had any issues. I couldn't open my window because I was on the 2nd floor and the building looked to be built into the mountain so there was a lot of foliage right outside my window, but they provided a box fan. There was a Daddy Longlegs spider on the ceiling but I left him alone and he left me alone. I would stay here again.โ
โGreat staff, friendly and helpful, held luggage safely as we arrived early. Room was clean, all expected amenities. Brilliant, walkable location, and easy acces to services (concierge desk on the premises).โ
