"The room was comfortable with the exception of the lack of plug ins. Could not charge my phone from the bed which is strange for a hotel. The elevators were gross with sticky stuff smeared all over the walls. Riding the elevators is not a fun experience, they don't show you what floor you are on until you get to the top of the hotel. It's unsettling to not know which floor you are on. I wouldn't stay again but only because of the elevators. Staff in the hotel are kind and helpful. It's just an outdated hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Cosmopolitan. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the view from the 54th floor was absolutely amazing. The private balcony was the highlight of the stay—it was so nice to step outside and enjoy the incredible city views from such a high floor. Waking up and seeing the city from the balcony was an unforgettable experience. The location was also very convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at The Cosmopolitan again!"
