“I was not informed in advance that a $100 cash deposit per night was required, which was a bit surprising. The room I was assigned had a faint urine smell, and about half of the towels had stains or hair on them. I chose this place because hotel prices were extremely high due to CES and I had an early morning flight. If I face a similar situation again, I would choose a safer room even if it costs more.”

“Horrible bed had springs almost popping through horrible pillows. People made noise all night long. Sounds like they live there. They weren’t there for the tourist attractions. It was just bad never stay at this place!!! Parking lot fills up so you won’t be able to find a park. Main thing is you can’t get any good sleep. Cleaning ladies are banging their carts and making noise just talking and talking and talking right by your window. My door barely closed because it has been kicked in so many...

“The best part was the location. It was located in a nice quiet area away from downtown. When we arrived, there was a group of men drinking and talking very loudly in the parking lot. The hallway was dirty with trash/debris strewn about. The shower dripped. The A/C was very noisy. The sheets were not very comfortable due to the heavy wear/pilling. The high price per night was not worth the quality of the room.”

“We showed up last night around 11pm. The first room we went to was not ever cleaned by room service. Bed sheets were undone, towels everywhere. They assigned us a different room and it was the same thing. We left. Wasn’t expecting anything spectacular, but they couldn’t even do the bare minimum here.”
