"We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."

Besides that the hotel has a lot of character & is a really convenient location for exploring we city. We walked every where we wanted & needed to! "The hotel was lovely (we had two Garden rooms one interior 5th floor loft room). What made it even better was the staff. For young men to be so attentive to the guests needs was refreshing and gave hope to the next generation of workers. Our garden rooms were quite well stocked with cutlery and basic cookware. The loft room was huge and comfortable (although one of the mechanical covering for the sunroof wasn’t working so sunlight streamed in). Parking is about a 5-minute safe walk away from the property — drive DOWN the ramp and pull the plastic chain if it the garage door is down and it looks like you can’t get in! "
