"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

"Everything was clean throighoit the whole hotel. Premium quality finish on Premier room. Pool/bar area was a nice place to chill with a good city view. Gym was good, could just do with with a few more weight machines in my opinion. All staff very friendly 😃"

"An amazing stay with beautiful facilities and friendly caring staff. We felt very looked after. Definitely recommend the Rasa wing and the benefits of this, with no children and peace and quiet (for the most part). Afternoon tea was delightful, evening cocktails very morish!! The only downside were the overly attentive gardeners who, armed with leaf blowers would be constantly noisily working throughout the day, it was quite disturbing! Thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones, but really for a five star resort this should not have been required!! Would we go back….yes we would."

We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . "Location is good . Walking distance to queenbay mall. The room was spacious . However It’s time for the hotel to change the bath towels. One of the towel was torn at the edge. The hotel has nice pool . We intended to have a swim but change our mind when we saw someone did not wear proper swim suit ( she wore own tshirt ) in the pool. Swimming pool should has regulation on swimming attire. The hotel provided very good breakfast spread. Overall we had a good stay with very friendly staff from front office - Lim , service staff’s team and team of Chefs . Will stay here again in our next visit."
