"There was no hot water and when I called up front , I was told I would get a call back. The call back never came and I called again and they acted as if they knew the whole time. I was not offered any solution or refund of portion of money. The breakfast was good though, and the cook actually was horrified when he heard the front desk employee screaming at me. When I checked out, I told the guy at the front desk about the hot water and he actually acted like he wanted to assault me it was ridiculous. For a minute I thought he was going to come around from behind the desk. The man working the breakfast was very professional and a good employee but the front desk guy is a psycho."

"The gentleman who waited on us to check in & out wasn’t friendly. He was difficult to hear because he spoke softly. He did not offer a receipt at check out. The Window blind in room was broken. When retracting, it appeared to be broken on the left side. There was no wall thermostat in the room - only holes where it should have been. A channel guide would be helpful for the tv."
