"We were checked in early & upgraded which was a nice surprise. Room very clean, tea, coffee machine, reusable water bottles & gorgeous bar of chocolate all top notch. They’d stay with this hotel, highly recommend it."

"The location is great if you’re visiting Stamford Bridge, but the hotel is tired and in need of an update. The staff are friendly and helpful, disappointing the shower gel was empty."

"Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own! Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant. Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth the cost. Don't think I would stay here again."

"Loved the vibe of the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful.Great hotel, great location Room set ups were neat and made the space feel bigger! Breakfast was wonderful! Wide variety of options and very nice dining space. Gym was set up a little oddly and Peloton was not activated but overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again "
