"Overall we had a good experience with our stay. One critique with room cleaning, was that the beds were not overturned every day unless we asked. Also, there was not much variety for breakfast. We had a hick-up when we tried to schedule facials and massages. I called to reserve two facials and two massages, the young lady on the phone for some reason assumed I was reserving one facial and one massage. When we showed up for our facials, we were told that only one had been reserved, and there was only one facial specialist on hand. So we had to cancel that. Also, they had to call in another masseuse. We did get our massages and we were very happy with them."

"The location was convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was excellent. The only complaint that I have is the beds for a little too hard from my liking but I'm sure there are many that would appreciate a very hard bit. The staff was outstanding."

"The room had roaches. Hotel staff promised to move me then gave away the room. They sprayed the room with insecticide that caused an asthma attack. Check for roaches. Ask to see the room you are to be asigned to. "

"We were disappointed the pool was closed down when we arrived. I understand things happen, but would have loved some notice ahead of time. I spoke to the manager who was very nice, and she SAID she did send a message through Expedia, but we never received it. Unsure if that might have been an issue on Expedia's side. Based on the technology in the wall, I'm guessing the hotel has been there a while, but it seemed to be aging very well. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been larger, but that's all hotels these days. Parking is $5 a night, which is a good rate, and it was very convenient to use. Overall we would definitely stay here again."
