"Our experience at Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made our holiday unforgettable. Special thanks to Islamm and Al Hassan, the lifeguards who were always attentive, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable by the pool. A big shout-out as well to Mohamed at the coffee stall (adult side) — always smiling and serving the best coffee with genuine warmth. We also want to thank Ahmed Aboelhassan from the adult side team — a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. The reception staff were equally fantastic — polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. When my wife unfortunately became unwell with some sensitivense to her suffering from gastrointestinal, Dr. Mohammed was prompt, caring, and professional — we’re really grateful for the excellent medical attention she received. Our room cleaner, Shady, deserves a special mention too — such a sweet, hardworking, and polite man who kept our room spotless every day. Lastly, Ayad was wonderful and made our experience even smoother with his helpfulness and kindness. Overall, every staff member we met made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of positive energy. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience! 🌴✨"

"Lovely hotel for a beach getaway for adults (Baron Resort next door is perfect for families). The location is not far from the airport and is beautifully designed and looked after. Staff are very friendly and attentive to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are 3 bars on site and one on the beach. The restaurant is large with usual array of food types one would expect from all-inclusive service, there are special bar-be-queues laid on in front terrace, plus some enjoyable live entertainment. There are couple of a la carte options, one being traditional Egyptian place way at the back of the property on route the beach, in our experience it didn't seem to be booked much - in my opinion it's because it's next to several shops selling usual stuff (beach wear, 'designer' watches, belts etc) and pesky shop keepers who can be annoying - this is not hotel problem but worth mentioning. Animation team are lovely team working long hours to try engage in some fun, along with some excellent live acts. Special mention to the beautiful Aya! The beach is excellent, the water for couple of hundred yards is warm shallow and perfect for just floating on for hours. At the end of the pier there is snorkelling and scuba diving, both excellent to see the reefs and range of colourful fish in crystal clear water. Highlight of the trip. Hotel negative points: Wifi not so reliable. Restaurant does not label V for vegetarian which is not acceptable, have to keep asking Chef Salah. "
