New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. “TERRIBLE trip arrangement. They made me realise I need to accept being just wait without any explanation. People are very kind but not helpful. Breakfast is okay but please have something outside. Room condition is NOT CLEAN at all and I don't think they wash the bedding. Bed is not enough for two people. Smelly towel and AC is too noisy to sleep.
