“Far away from El Nido, good if you are looking for a cheap accommodation. Don’t ask them anything, there is no follow up. We have asked to get a lift from the ferry terminal but they didn’t provide anything. We have to find something on our own. No diner available and breakfast is average. Good will but it’s not enough.”

I never stayed in the dorm area as they were all booked so no comment there. I had a loft style room. The stairs up to it were very steep. I can see someone falling on the way down if they've had a few too many. One of the steps was very rotted out and felt like it may give way any day. “The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there ”

New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

“TERRIBLE trip arrangement. They made me realise I need to accept being just wait without any explanation. People are very kind but not helpful. Breakfast is okay but please have something outside. Room condition is NOT CLEAN at all and I don't think they wash the bedding. Bed is not enough for two people. Smelly towel and AC is too noisy to sleep. “We stayed at Ahana Resort for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very attentive and truly focused on meeting guests’ needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
