"The room had an unpleasant damp and musty smell upon arrival, which was not comfortable and negatively affected the first impression. During my stay, there was heavy snowfall, and unfortunately the parking area and walkways were not properly cleared. Since all room doors open directly to the parking lot, moving around was difficult, with snow accumulation reaching approximately 40–50 cm in some areas. On the positive side, the room itself was quiet, and the room temperature was comfortable....

"Hotel was fine and in budget. They did not even provided slippers or basics such as Tooth paste. Also the shower lotion was probably already half. Although the girl at reception was really nice and gave good customer service."

"All great customer service, property and room. We asked if we could check in early as the property was almost empty and they said we could but would charge us $30. We were surprised as that never happened to us if a property was able to accommodate us before actual check in time. Otherwise our stay was great !"
