"The staff were professional and friendly and were more than willing to work through language barriers. The facility itself isn't terrible but could use some improvements such as showers not being fully enclosed and water getting everywhere and creating rust on door frame. There is a grocery store around the corner from the hotel's front door which is more than convenient and the entrance to the train system is a couple of blocks away. All in all I would stay in their hotel again. "

"The stay here was fine. The staff were great and the room was functional. The lobby is also a nice area to chill. The room was also fine. However, I was on the 5th floor and could hear and feel the metro running underneath the hotel every couple of minutes making the room shake. Also the room layout is slightly weird and the deck needs a bit of an update. The room was definitely well used."

"The hotel is in the middle of office blocks and flats so has very limited facilities around it. We were two females so we did not feel safe to be wandering around at night looking for places to eat and drink. The room was small but clean. The beds were comfortable. The small heater and air con didn’t worked so we had to get in bed if we were cold. My main complaint about this hotel was the staff. Not a single member of staff working in the hotel wore a badge or uniform to alert people staying...

"Hotel is ok. Have stayed in a lot better than this one. Lots of work happening at hotel when I arrived, so the reception was full of workmen and tools, and also the bar/restaurant. The restaurant food choice is very limited, and the area surrounding the hotel didn't feel like the kind of place that you would want to explore on foot. I had a few issues with my room, toilet over flowing, noise outside (drunks shouting all day/evening) and the hotel were accommodating to try and resolve these...

"The hotel is a low budget hotel of many years ago. It is not an Ibis style hotel but it is a hotel for a few nights. The beds and the whole hotel is vey clean. The breakfast is a sandwich with jam and drinkable coffee. For the same price you can get a good sandwich and a coke in the petrol station. It is very situated with a tramline nr 2 direct to la defence. So all by all a 7 on 10 scale"
