“I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. “We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one.”
