"I had the best nights sleep in a comfy bed with nice linens. A small room but wonderfully comfortable. The staff was super helpful at check in as well as at the bar restaurant—they “multi task” and do both. This location is terrific for an overnight stay for an early flight out the next day. It is within walking distance to the tram shuttle that connects all CDG terminals."
"The stay itself was good, and we had originally booked a six-night stay. However, due to unexpected train delays and a missed onward connection, we were unable to arrive on our scheduled check-in date. As soon as we became aware of the disruption, we made numerous attempts to contact the hotel directly to inform them of the situation and ensure that our reservation would not be treated as a no-show. Unfortunately, despite more than seven phone calls and multiple emails over a 24-hour period, we were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but they were likewise unable to obtain any confirmation from the property before our arrival. None of our emails received a response. Although we were ultimately able to check in the following day, the most concerning aspect of the experience was the complete uncertainty surrounding whether our reservation would still be honoured. As hotels may, in some circumstances, cancel bookings and retain full payment in the event of a no-show, we had no way of knowing whether we would have accommodation upon arrival.
This lack of communication created significant stress and forced us to continue our journey under difficult circumstances without any assurance that we would have a place to stay in Paris. For a four-star hotel, it is unacceptable that reception was entirely unreachable despite repeated phone calls and emails over an extended period."
"Very Spacious, updated, comfortable, peaceful & secure. Literally within a few steps from the entrance: a great pastry, bread coffee cafe; cheese & wine shop; even a little grocery & many shops & restaurants all around. A pretty central location, comfortably walkable to some of Paris highlights, but metro is convenient and uber always an option which we frequented. There really are 68 stairs, and they are curved, so prepare. Its a personal challenge, Once you arrive there is an Ahhhhh moment! Unit is large & bright! Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Nice linens, comfortable beds. Love the open windows and the rooftop vine view. A disappointment was the glass roof over the bed was quite dirty so couldn't see the stars. The wi-fi is spotty - we could get connected only on the sofa by the door, and the safe would not work for us. Communication could have been better, but I would not hesitate to stay here."
