Nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Smells like smoke and pee everywhere. My dog got fleas from the room, the shower curtain looked like It had been used to wipe instead of toilet paper, found a dead bug in the sheets, sheets and towels dirty as well, cigarette burns on comforter, found hair from someone else in the shower. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My husband and I didn’t even stay there for the night because we were so disgusted. Talked to front desk about our unhappiness and he did not even offer an apology even after I showed him the live bugs crawling on my dog in person. Awful experience.

They went into my room when I had the do not disturb sign on. Cleaned it and moved my stuff around. Called front desk when I returned and noticed and was rude. Called customer service and they filed a complaint. Got my things and left.
