Reasonably priced.
What more can you ask forโ
โMy husband was thrilled with the surprise stop over at St Georgeโs park. Could you add drinking water to the pool area and a swimsuit spinner in the changing rooms please ๐โ
โWe choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. โ
โWe stayed in the Swallow room in the barn conversion. Everything you need in the room, inc. tea/coffee/biscuits. Spotlessly clean and great shower/en suite. Also, one of the best points, a large downstairs communal area. Settees and TV, complete with stocked kitchen with cooker hob microwave and fridge.โ
โSuper stay - high quality furnished room, and quiet late on, despite the vibrant atmosphere at the adjoining pub. Only thing I could perhaps find fault with would be the high tog rating for the duvet (which made for a rather warm night !)โ
โThe room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasnโt air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. โ
โFantastic staff - they couldnโt do enough to make our stay comfortable. We had a good laugh with them all too - so friendly! Beautifully clean too. Thank you. โ
โAfter many years of attending this well appointed hotel finally i got an upgrade. The hotel is well situated for walks along Shakespeare's smug Trent. The Burton Bridge Brewery is over the road. Town centre a short walk. Parking more than adequate. I think if you can put up with the road noise of a weekend its one of the best hotels in town. Parking my confuse some as the hotel is on an island. Check during winter for flooding which can close the old bridge. Popular during the towns annual...
โNice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.
