"The hotel is clean and well maintained and the breakfast was standard but pretty good. When I checked in I noticed the room was not what I reserved. The person at the desk refused to help. She said it’s Expedia’s fault and she can’t do anything about it. She said next time don’t use Expedia and you’ll get better results. Also, the hotel has a weird configuration. You have about a three minute walk to get to front desk from elevator. "

"The place was iry! I really didn't know how to cancel the room. When we got there, the bottom half of motel the windows were covered with paper, half of it falling off. When I went inside, I noticed the restaurant was closed and the clerk said it was no longer operating. I asked where the Longhorn Restaurant was and she didn't know that either. It was at the bottom of the hill, about 1/4 mile away, if that. One of the side doors had been held open with a trash can. I would think that would allow anyone to come in without checking in first. "the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and were cheap and cheesy. "
