“Throughout our stay we found all the staff , whether at reception, breakfast or in the pub, always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and of a good size. The only negative was there were noisy extractor fans outside our window so we had to keep it closed on a hot day. A fan was provided. Parking on site very useful. Good range of appetizing food for breakfast.”

“very loud. need better access to all stairwells. half the parking blocked off. the resturant had great food but the service was horrible. they sit people with kids in the parlour separate area and then the get forgotten.”

“Für meinen Preis war das Hotel viel zu teuer. Die Zimmer sind massiv in die Jahre gekommen, sodass es den heutigen Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels aus meiner Sicht nicht erfüllt. Von den Zimmern war ich sehr enttäuscht. Alleine, dass man 3 mal die Zimmerkarte neu beschreiben musste ist schon nervig. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war aber gut. Als man morgens einmal frühstücken wollte, war das Buffet nur spärlich gefüllt. So war ich es nicht gewohnt von einem 4 Sterne Hotel.”

“The Main level of the hotel is kept beautifully. Bedrooms were ok. Bathrooms need fixing up. . Beds comfortable. There was no shampoo is bathroom and the carpet needed vacuuming. Breakfast was solid. Bedrooms felt just a bit shabby.”
