We took the sailboat tour with bus transfer and we had a great day out on the water. There was plenty of shade on the boat, plenty of choices and a great cafe onboard.

Nice hike with gorgeous views. Be prepared for a 1 mike hike up to the caldera. This is not hard but has some rocks and steps to be aware.

I recommend a day trip on the Aphrodite luxury sunset tour (volcano - hot springs - sailing sunset and dinner on board)... memorable...
