"Friendly & helpful staff (they seem to only be around in the morning hours though). Just a few steps away from the metro station. Room is spacious for the location. They don’t really replenish the toilet paper or replace the towels for continuous stay though. This has made things a bit tricky for us as the shower always leaks into the toilet area which doesn’t have a drainage hole to let the water out (a common design in Italian bathrooms) "

"Staff was welcoming and available to help with any questions. Concierge and front desk assisted with making dinner reservations and ordering taxis. Room was clean and well organized. A bit small for 2 travelers with 2 medium suitcases. Comfy bed and pillows. Close enough to walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. A plus is the laundry service. "
