"I was nervous about possible disappointment after reading several previous reviews but honestly sounds like a completely different hotel than the one I experienced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to myself and my two dogs. We got a room on the ground level floor at the end of the hall for quicker exit/enter since I have dogs and it was a huge suite, definitely was not expecting that! Just based on previous reviews, I checked the sheets and floors for cleanliness and everything looked great. There is a very small square “grass” patch in front of the hotel with a dog disposal trash can and poop bags. However this section is extremely small, barely has any actual grass growing, and was filthy littered with trash, making it unsafe for my dogs as they could step on something or put something in their mouths. That is my only big concern and complaint. As a dog friendly hotel, I would like to see some clean up and a larger section for dogs to relieve themselves. Otherwise, all else was good and it was a very nice stay."
