“The place was a mess due to renovation. Just shut the place down. I hate traveling and having to deal with that crap! The least you could do was add to your website that the place is undergoing a messy reno.
Breakfast stunk. Nothing there to eat. Very disappointed. Likely will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. Back to Holiday Inn Express for me!”
“Cheryl did a wonderful job accommodating my gluten and dairy allergies! It was so nice to be able to actually eat the breakfast that she so carefully prepared. Jim was great about checking on us! They gave great recommendations for our Bourbon Trail experience. The property is lovely and comfortable!”
“The hotel was in complete disarray. There had been a water leak months ago the hotel was still under construction. They had black trash bags taped up everywhere. You could smell the mold we both got sick after staying there. The hall to our room had a horrible smell. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, a horrible smell came up through the AC when it did kick on. The front desk staff when asked for help was very standoffish we asked if the had an ice maker he said it might be on the...
“Nice hotel and very clean with easy check in and out. Free breakfast, pool and gym.great location in Bardstown. Less than an hour to all the distilleries and very close to downtown bardstown. Very nice and large rooms and great bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating”
“A very unique place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I was able to park on the street in front of the inn most of the time. But one day the parking lot was full and I had to park across the street and thru a stop light. We enjoyed our stay. Carpets need to be replaced or cleaned.”
“Went through 5 rooms before agreeing on 1. Hair in the sheets. Bugs in shower. Water puddle in middle of 1 room. Family/owners staying at property l. Slamming doors all throughout the day.!!cleaning all rooms with same old swiffer! No mop and fresh water.
Wouldn’t recommend! Stay away!”
“We really enjoyed our stay at Bourbon Manor B&B. Todd, one of the owners, was very friendly and helpful with our trip, and he was willing to accommodate special requests, including helping arrange a birthday cake for my husband.
The rooms were charming and had a historic feel, and even though the buildings are old, they were well maintained and comfortable. The property itself was really pretty, and breakfast was delicious. It also had a homey, welcoming atmosphere and was a nice place to meet...
