"We really enjoyed the guided hike with Joe Comando. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. It felt like hiking with a fun buddy while learning about the area along the way. The goat hike was also a highlight and so much fun! The complimentary breakfast was okay. It's not a five-star breakfast—just a light selection of yogurt, bagels, granola, and juice. If you'd like something more substantial, you can purchase additional breakfast...

"Days Inn By Wyndum Liberty New York was close to Bethel Woods for Performing Arts but the hotel is in very poor shape, our room was dirty, black mold around tub, toilet at floor dirty, place was very musty and room air conditioner was noisy and smelled bad. The staff was disturbed by having to work. We will never book another Wyndam property again."

"The lock on the door to the balcony was broken and the balcony was dirty and hadn't been swept. The bathroom was tiny with the sink out in the room. The breakfast was mediocre with a sign saying there was sausage but instead was bacon. The cleaning person did not speak English and kept sending us in a wrong direction when we were trying to find our room The only good thing I can say is the trainer at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"I recently stayed at Resorts World Catskills and had a mixed experience. The property itself is ok. I felt like I was treated as just another reservation. Hospitality is often measured by how guests are treated when unexpected situations arise, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. On a positive note, the restaurant staff was wonderful. The breakfast was substantial and the staff was friendly We had to stay at the Best Western in Monticello for one night and wished we were back at this motel,"
