Hotel staff was terrific, The bars and food in the hotl are great too. A couple small issues we had, one was that the hotel had only one working elevator, there was two however the second broke down and they didnt fix it. Took an extremely long amount of time to get to rooms because therenwas two weddings happening and alottt of people were there using one elevator. Roof top pool and bar was closed which really put a damper on things because its crazy hot. The one good thing is they waived the resort fee because of it. The only other issue and it was not their fault. There was a city water issue and we had non water until 4 pm on saturday.

This is a pricey stay - not worth the money. One of the best features was a roof top pool, bar and patio. 2 days prior to check in, we receive a notice the pool area is closed for renovations. Poor timing on a holiday weekend.We were there for a wedding. The morning of the wedding, there was no water for 4 hours! They said it was city wide but relatives down the street had water. They clean your room every 2 days. For the amount we paid, I would expect my trash and new towels daily. Lastly we had to leave early in the am. We requested on 2 occasions that our car was available at 4:30a because no valet was avaiable. We arrived in the lobby and no one had a clue. Would not recommend

Best place to stay in NOLA. Everyone’s friendly, walkable to attractions and bourbon street. City had a little water issue but can’t hold it against them 10/10. Would recommend and definitely coming again. Save my exact room guys lol

The front desk was quite busy handling check ins and such and they were professional & friendly despite the throng waiting. The bell man were great, very helpful and friendly. My only quibble is there was no coffee maker in the room ( I asked for one and it was brought up). For the price, I thought this hotel was definitely a good value (rooms were comfortable and great location).

The most beautiful hotel lobby!! The service was great and we loved the amenities, especially the roof top pool. Close proximity to everything. Will be back to NOLA for sure

I realize that a lot of these issues fall under the "first world problems" category, but when you spend a good chunk of your hard earned money to stay in a luxury hotel, you should get what you pay for. That didn't happen here. - Check-in was rushed even though we were the only ones checking in at the time. No friendly chatter, just "here are your room keys". - The room smelled like old Cheetos. - None of the lights worked except the desk lamp. - The bathroom door wouldn't fully close. - In-room dining was "out of stock" on several basic items. - The footboard of the beds stuck out in such a way that my son has a terrific bruise from running into it several times (it was dark!) All of that I was willing to shrug off until the internet issues started. My son needed the Wi-fi for some schoolwork. He was having trouble getting it going so he called the front desk, and they hung up on him. So I called. 3 times. They didn't answer. I went down to the front desk and was given some troubleshooting steps to try. The steps didn't work. I returned to the front desk where I was told that they couldn't help and I should contact the hotel's ISP. I called the ISP. They started a trouble ticket and assured me someone would reach out within 24 hours. We gave up at this point, packed our things and left. Or tried to. At the front desk, we were told that the computer was down. I had to write my room number and email on a post-it. Still haven't gotten a receipt.

This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. Was not sure if I needed to request that it be done everyday. Room was beautiful, the view was ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice size rooms. Very friendly staff. The restaurant food wasn't the best, but the bartender and drinks were very good. Spacious entry area/ lobby with lots of seating, indoor and outside

Great hotel within walking distance of the main tourist areas and transport options like the tram and the buses. Room was huge, rooftop swimming pool was a nice area when the sun got hot. Friendly staff and gave us a late checkout. All in all 10 out of 10

Overall, I enjoyed my stay because the staff was nice and the hotel was clean. The Bar tender on the rooftop bar was also a hoot! I would've given 5 stars but we had a couple of issues. One issue was the room temperature/humidity. it felt like we were staying in a misty, humid box. The floors were damp, the towels and bedding were also damp the entire stay. Even our clothes! We attempted to get a dehumidifier from the front desk, but they were all in use (go figure). the second minor issue was the elevator was being serviced one of the days so it was only one in use for the entire hotel. it took almost 10 minutes or more to take the elevator to our room one night.
