As someone who loves Korean food I picked a great hotel to stay in! The location, quality customer service and cleanliness stand out the most. I felt safe leaving at 1:30 am to get local Korean food and early morning walks for cafes were a joy. I would absolutely stay here again :)

Amazing stay at HGU! we will be back! Every single staff member we interacted with was kind and so helpful. The coffee shop in the lobby is incredible and convenient. Easy 20 minute walk to Times Square and so close to the subway. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We will be back!!!

This hotel was in a great location and had a wonderful rooftop. Our room was also cleaned every day of our stay, which is greatly appreciated and not always the case at hotels in New York. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location for my visit to my daughter. It was a straight shot just 5 min walk up the street to her apartment. My room was small but clean & comfortable. I will be back again.

Nice hotel. Be prepared to pay 300.00 in incidentals. Very few amenities but there is a coffee shop and lounge area by the lobby. Safe area for walking.

Had a great experience with no big complaints. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs. There are noises all night from traffic and random New York happenings. On our final day checking out, there was some construction occurring on the street out front as well. Otherwise, staff was wonderful and the facilities were great.

Great stay - smallish room, but fine for a single person. Bed was really comfortable and a nice selection of pillows - I need firm pillows and rarely get them in a hotel. Very quiet at night. Nice to have a coffee shop next door!
