Nice staff, very clean and spacious room, lower floors have a balcony. Fridge and microwave was great, as was large desk and big TV. Location is just a few blocks from many subway lines and shops. A bit pricey during the holidays with limited amenities and small hotel foot print, but that’s nyc.

The room was very clean and I had house keeping come and refresh everything daily. The dish washer was a tad bit dirty but it's New York so we ate out a lot and didn't need to was dishes so it didn't interfere with our stay. Overall this hotel hit every box for us! Definitely our new ho to spot!

Clean room, staff nice , breakfast was not happy with the deal If two people are staying one night and you holding $600 Both people should get breakfast free I had to use one voucher $25 split it with my fiance I was supposed to pay $501 instead they took $509 I was like that's not right $9 is nothing but holding $600 and not given to voucher for my fiance I'm upset and view was not nice looking back at the corner

This hotel has been a favorite. The resort fee is high, but location and overall room features are wonderful! The staff are all very helpful! Lots of coffee shops, dining options and laundry nearby. Easy to get to a subway.
