I was so amazed at this property. I loved my room and it was not cramped very spaced out. I had my daughter with me and we had enough room for my things and hers. The beds were comfortable, bathroom very nice. I requested some extra things and was brought to me immediately. I will stay here again it was also very close to China town and Catz restaurant which I love. Very clean also.

The hotel was OK - it has a good location and a close walk to the LES. The rooms are outdated with very little amenities. However, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure quite decent. Please note that it's right by the bridge and the train lines, so it can get quite noisy depending on the room selection.

From our check in until our check out, my family and I had a great stay! Hotel is modest but perfect for a few nights in NYC. We were there to sight see before Christmas and the location was very convenient to get to the subways. Roof top Suite was a perfect spot for my husband and I and our two sons. I wanted to give them a 5 star rating, but... when we checked in, the room we got was literally in the lobby area so it was very loud all night long, minus the sirens and such of NYC, which isn't anything to complain about, that's just NYC sounds... between the front desk staff talking and whistling and a young child screaming at the top of her lungs from midnight until 3am it was one of the more torturous sleeps I've had in a while. The breakfast was all processed foods, so we didn't eat it. Our room had leftover luggage in it when we arrived. The room seemed very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Try to not be on the 1st floor if you stay here would be my advise. Great places to eat and within walking distance of a lot of interesting things!
