It is a great place for budget traveling. Good price, great location, easy access to multiple Subway lines going in every direction. Sleeping there feels like you're in the center of NYC. 100% would recommend

I had a very good stay at Q4 Hotel & Hostel in Long Island City. The location was extremely convenient, especially for getting around Queens and into Manhattan by subway. It made sightseeing in New York City very easy. The hostel was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt welcomed during my stay. I also liked being close to Queens Plaza, restaurants, stores, and public transportation. For anyone looking for an affordable place to stay while visiting New York City, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city, Q4 is a great option. I would definitely consider staying here again on another trip to New York.

Pretty clean, liked the ensuite bathroom. Be aware you must bring your own soap and shampoo. Facility was clean but bedroom had a kind of locker room smell. GREAT location and for that price, it was a great deal. Would stay again.

Very good location, close to queensboro plaza subway station. Subwaytracks right across hostel, so if you're bothered by noise this might be an issue. Provided blankets unfortunately rather thin. Otherwise pretty okay, taking the price into account great even. Would visit again.

Everything was so clean and the staff was super nice. My boyfriend and I had the private room and bathroom for 5 nights in early January. I was afraid it would be too cold or hot but there was a thermostat we could adjust ourselves. The subway stations are very close and even in the evening I felt safe walking back to the hotel. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in NYC.

Room was okay. Very basic. Bathroom is tiny. Loud Street noice including continuous train movement. Reception staff was good. Kitchen and public hangout area around the kitchen did not very inviting.
