뉴캐슬 모텔

“Great customer service was very helpful and the rooms were clean n tidy”

“Clean room”

“I booked through expeadia, that implied breakfast was included, it was not. The staff was top notch. The bed was worn, I could feel the springs poking through. The bathroom was very tight”

“The motel is fully self serve, and you need to download an app to check in. There $1 fee for the app. I've never had to pay a check in fee before, so it didn't feel great. The motel itself is old, with noticeable wear and tear throughout”

“Only stayed 10 minutes. Was appalled at the run down state of the "water view" rooms. Did not feel safe or clean. Extremely old and in desperate need of repair.”

“Shower plumbing fail.”

“This motel is top notch. Loved everything about it. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and modern, towels were soft, body wash and shampoo were Devine. The location was fantastic. Definitely stay here again. The owners were lovely people as well.”

“Was water damage to the walls and ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom. Stains on the sheets. Water heater outside my room was SO loud whenever anybody was using any water. Half the lights didn’t work. Only upsides were the mirror, microwave and mini fridge to put our food in.”

“Comfortable bed and a cheaper rate than others nearby. We have stayed here often and always satisfied.”

“There are better options for the money close by. Cockroaches in room and bathroom, poor shower etc - other comments are accurate. Bed was comfy enough, but that’s about it.”

“The room was clean & comfortable. Parking was directly outside our room which was good for unpacking etc.”
