It was a great experience in staying at this place. Place was close to places that I went. Staff were great, clean, kind, respectful and very nice person. Breakfast was delicious and were communicated in anything I ask. Safe place and if I ever come back I would stay again and also recommend to friends and family. We were greeted at the door by the owner. She explained everything, ask us what would be the best time for our breakfast, and what the menu items were. Very, very nice room and property.

Very clean. Owner made a delicious breakfast every morning with fruit, muffins, eggs, pancakes and French toast. We walked to the falls but there is also a public Niagara WeGo bus stop near the property as well, which takes you to various places within Niagara. No one under 21 is allowed on this property so if you are looking for a place with no kids, teenagers, quiet, and quaint this is perfect.

Along the Niagara Falls and Niagara River activities to explore. Sumptuous hot breakfast options, served by our gracious, helpful and welcoming superhost. Homey and comfy room. Along the bus route, to save on parking to get to activities when you buy Niagara destination packages which includes no limit off and on the bus. Enjoyable stay!

Had a fantastic stay with my husband for our first weekend getaway without the kids. This B&B is super conveniently located to both Clifton Hills and surrounding areas of Niagara Falls. The room was clean and comfortable for two people, and the breakfast was AMAZING. The owners were welcoming and kind but gave plenty of space and even saved us a trip to the store for Advil. Perfect place for a couples weekend!

Our stay was fantastic. The owner, Vindhya, met us on arrival and made us feel at home. Accommodations in the Falls Apartment exceeded our expectations as did the home made scrumptious breakfast each morning. The flower gardens surrounding the B&B which were a feast for the eyes. It will be our go to place when visiting the Niagara area.

It was spectacular. The room was very quaint. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom with the stand up shower was perfect. Lots of water pressure. The owner Vindya was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was yummy both days. A perfect stay.
